Abstract

The circuit comprises a biasing module, a feedback module and a first N-channel MOS (Metal Oxide Silicon) transistor,wherein the biasing module comprises at least two first output terminals and at least one first input terminal; the feedback module comprises at least two second output terminals and second input terminals having the same number of the first output terminals; and a source electrode of the N-channel MOS transistor is grounded; the first output terminals of the biasing module are coupled with the second input terminals corresponding to the feedback module; the first input terminals of the biasing module are used as the input terminals of the novel current sink circuit; one of the second output terminals of the feedback module is interconnected with a drain electrode of the first N-channel MOS transistor and used as an output terminal of the novel current sink circuit; the other of the secondoutput terminals of the feedback module is interconnected with a gate electrode of the first N-channel MOS transistor to guarantee that the voltage at the input terminal of the novel current sink circuit is equal to the voltage at the output terminal.
