The horizontal vibration device comprises a first drivingmechanism, an eccentric wheel combination mechanism, a connecting rod, and a cathode mechanism for dovetail groove vibration electrolytic machining, the eccentric wheel combination mechanism comprises a main eccentric wheel, a turbine, a worm and a second driving mechanism, the main eccentric wheel is fixedly connected with a first shaft, a third shaft is mounted on the main eccentric wheel, theturbine is mounted on the main eccentric wheel and can rotate around the third shaft, the turbine is provided with a second shaft, the rotating center of the second shaft does not coincide with the rotating center of the turbine, the worm is engaged with the turbine and can rotate under driving of the second driving mechanism, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the second shaft, the otherend of the connecting rod is hinged to the cathode mechanism for dovetail groove vibration electrolytic machining, and the second shaft drives the cathode mechanism for dovetail groove vibration electrolytic machining to vibrate back and forth through the connecting rod.
