Abstract

The double-air-gap motor comprises a shell, and a stator and a rotor which are arranged in the shell, wherein the stator comprises a first stator and asecond stator, the rotor is positioned between the first and second stators to form double air gaps between the rotor and the first and second stators, the first stator and the second stator respectively comprise a stator core and a stator winding, the rotor comprises a rotor core and a rotor winding, the second stator winding and the first stator winding respectively have the same number of turns, the same phase and the same pitch, and directions of magnetic axes generated by the second stator and the first stator winding on a rotor magnetic loop are consistent. The double-air-gap motor is advantaged in that the double-air-gap motor adopts a double-air-gap structure, current directions of rotor conductors in a pair of magnetic fields are the same. Magnetic fields generated by the energized conductors in the pair of magnetic fields can simultaneously act on the pair of magnetic poles. Compared with a motor in the prior art, the double-air-gap motor is higher in efficiency, power and more energy-saving under the condition of the same size and electrical parameters.
