The invention provides a continuous electrocardiogram monitoring device which comprises a sensing electrode, a processing unit and a reading unit; the sensing electrode at least comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are used for being implanted below the skin surface near a heart; the first electrode and the second electrode are in an elongated shape; the processing unit is connected with the sensing electrode and is used for acquiring a first voltage signal between the first electrode and the second electrode and generating an electrocardiosignal based on the first voltagesignal; and the reading unit is in wireless communication with the processing unit and is used for receiving the electrocardiosignal from the processing unit and displaying the electrocardiosignal. Inthe continuous electrocardiogram monitoring device invovled by the invention, the processing unit acquires the first voltage signal through the first electrode and the second electrode puncturing into the skin surface and can generate an electrocardiosignal based on the first voltage signal, so that the electrocardiosignal can be read and displayed through the reading unit, and the electrocardiosignal can be accurately and continuously monitored without being influenced by the environment of the surface skin.
