Problems solved by technology

Both of these two methods have high cost, long period, and due to factors such as individual reasons of the test subjects and differences in wounds, the repeatability is poor, and objective and effective evaluation cannot be carried out.

Embodiment 1

[0049] Such as Figure 1-Figure 3 Shown is an in vitro model for determining the release of silver ions from a silver-containing dressing, including a test cup 1 , a culture plate 2 and a compact 9 .

[0050] The test cup 1 is suitable for simulating the wound surface when there is a large amount of exudate. It is a model for evaluating the release of silver ions in a saturated state (that is, in a wet state) after the dressing absorbs the wound exudate. It can simulate the actual state of the clinical wound to the greatest extent. . The test cup 1 comprises a raised portion 3 and a recessed portion 4 fixedly connected, such as figure 2 As shown, the raised portion 3 is cylindrical, the top surface of the raised portion 3 is higher than the top surface of the concave portion 4, the inside of the test cup 1 is provided with a cavity 5, and the top surface of the concave portion 4 is provided with a cavity 5. 5 connected openings 6 . The top of the raised portion 3 is provid...

Embodiment 2

[0078] Such as Figure 4 As shown, what is different from the first embodiment is that the raised portion 3 is in the shape of a rectangular plate, and the raised portion 3 is located on both sides of the depressed portion 4 .

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of research model and method for evaluation of an anti-bacterial property of a dressing, and in particular to an in-vitro model for measuring silver ion release of asilver-containing dressing. The in-vitro model includes a test cup and a culture tray; the test cup includes a raised portion and a sunken portion that are fixedly connected; a top surface of the raised portion is higher than a top surface of the sunken portion; a cavity is arranged in the test cup; an opening communicating with the cavity is formed on the top surface of the sunken portion; a liquid feeding port communicating with the cavity is formed on the raised portion; and a groove is formed on the culture tray. The invention further provides a method for measuring the silver ion releaseof the silver-containing dressing. According to the in-vitro model and the method provided by the invention, different types of wounds can be simulated; and through an in-vitro test of measuring silver ion release amount and release curve quantitatively at different time points after measuring a contact of a silver-containing dressing specimen with a percolate of a simulated wound, an effective component and an accumulative ion amount of the silver ion released in a dressing product are reflected scientifically and intuitively, and thus a release amount of the silver ion of the silver-containing dressing in a simulated clinical use state is evaluated dynamically.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of evaluation research models and methods for antibacterial performance of dressings, in particular to an in vitro model and method for measuring the release of silver ions from silver-containing dressings. Background technique [0002] Wounds, also known as wounds or wounds, are damages to normal skin (tissue) caused by external traumatic factors (such as surgery, heat, low temperature, etc.) and internal factors (such as local blood supply disorders) . Often accompanied by damage to the skin and body tissue and disruption of the integrity of the continuity. According to the healing process, it can be divided into acute wounds (cut wounds, lacerations, surgical wounds and other traumas, usually without complications) and chronic wounds (with diabetic ulcers, venous calf ulcers, slow, delayed or stagnant wound healing). Wound infection is an important reason for delayed wound healing. [0003] The correct treatment...
