system for evaluating three-dimensional distribution of carbon segregation of a forged piece. The method comprises the following steps: presetting a carbon segregation area of a raw
ingot of the forged piece, simulating a
forging process of the forged piece, and obtaining an internal carbon segregation area of the forged piece after the
simulation; comparing the internal carbon segregation area of the forged piece after the
simulation with actual
forging data, correcting the preset carbon segregation area of the raw
ingot of the forged piece according to a comparison result, obtaining a corresponding relationship between the carbon segregation area of the raw
ingot of the forged piece and the internal carbon segregation area after the
forging, and obtaining a forged piece forging calculation model containing parameters; substituting actual forging data of the forged piece into the forged piece forging calculation model, and obtaining
simulation data of carbon content on an outer surface of the forged piece; obtaining actual data of carbon content on the outer surface of the forged piece; comparing the simulation data of carbon content on the outer surface of the forged piece with the actual data of carbon content on the outer surface of the forged piece, adjusting parameters so that the two data are consistent, and obtaining a three-dimensional
distribution rule of carbon segregation in the forged piece. The three-dimensional distribution of carbon segregation is obtained without
dissection of the forged piece.
