shape vector of each order of the similar model, and adjusting the similar model by taking the two modal confidence coefficients as evaluation criteria to obtain a similar model with high confidence coefficient; according to the total rigidity, the supporting rigidity, the squirrel cage rigidity and the end seal rigidity of the similar model, an
oil film damper rigidity reference value is obtained through analysis, the
oil film damper structure is adjusted, and therefore the
oil film damper structure meeting the design requirement is output. According to the invention, the bearing environment of a real aero-engine rotor can be simulated with
high fidelity, and the problem of insufficient measurement dimension in a rotor synchronous monitoring scheme of a double-rotor tester is solved.
