The parallel acoustic resonator includes a first laterally excited thin film bulk acoustic resonator (XBAR) including a diaphragm and a first interdigital transducer (IDT) on a surface of a piezoelectric layer, the diaphragm including a portion of the piezoelectric layer above a cavity of the first XBAR. The first XBAR is connected between (i) a node located directly between a first series acoustic resonator of the plurality of series acoustic resonators and the input port and (ii) a ground of the bandpass filter. The series acoustic resonator and the parallel acoustic resonator include one or more solid state mounted XBARs including a solid state mounted portion of the second piezoelectric layer over the substrate with a Bragg reflector disposed therebetween.
