The apparatus of detecting sealing of packaged food includes a detection box and a water tank, wherein a support is arrangedat the upper end of each of the left and right sides of the detection box; a telescoping device is arranged at the upper side of the each support; a support plate is arranged at the upper end of thetelescoping devices; pull rods are arranged at the lower side of the support plate in a bilaterally symmetrical manner; a cover plate is arranged at the lower end of the pull rods; connecting rods arearranged at the lower side of the cover plate in a bilaterally symmetrical manner; a press plate is arranged at the lower end of the connecting rods; a plurality of water holes are formed in the press plate; the water tank includes a tank body; a quartz sand filter layer, an EPS foam filter bead filter layer, and an efficient fiber bundle and particle activated carbon hybrid filter layer are successively arranged in the tank body from left to right; a cavity is formed in the cover plate; a plurality of heating rods are arranged in the cavity; an air vent is formed in the upper side of the cavity; a vacuum pump is arranged on the air vent; and a plurality of air outlets are formed in the lower side of the cavity.
