Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent lubricating system for a numerical control machine tool. The intelligent lubricating system comprises a control unit, an oil feeding unit, an oil conveying unitand an oil injection unit. The control unit comprises an intelligent controller, a plurality of temperature sensors and a plurality of angle encoders. The oil conveying unit comprises an oil supply main circuit and a plurality of oil supply branches. Electromagnetic switch valves are correspondingly arranged on the oil supply branches. Each electromagnetic switch valve is electrically connected with the intelligent controller. The intelligent controller calculates the demand of each lubricating object to the lubricating oil according to parameters such as the temperature and the running speedof the lubricating object, controls the operation of a motor and the on-off of the electromagnetic switch valve on each oil supply branch and supplies oil to the lubricating object at the proper time,so that different requirements of different lubricating parts on the lubricating oil supply amount can be met under different working conditions, the lubricating effect is guaranteed, and the lubricating oil is saved.
