Abstract

The Saccharopolyspora pogona engineering strain with double cspA gene is produced by integrating a cold shock protein gene cspA into a chromosome set of Saccharopolyspora pogona. The Saccharopolyspora pogona engineering strain with double cspA gene,namely as Saccharopolyspora pogona S.pogona, is deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection on March 20, 2019, and the preservation number of the strain is CCTCC NO: M 2019181. Compared with the original strain S.pogona,the biomass of the engineering strain S.pogona:: cspA with double cspA gene of the invention is increased by 1.6 times, and the mycelium morphology is also changed from branched filamentous to shortrod-shaped. The results of shake flask fermentation shows that, the engineering strain S.pogona:: cspA with double cspA gene is applied to the biosynthesis of butenyl spinosad, and the yield of butenyl spinosad is increased by 4 times compared with the biosynthesis of butenyl spinosad by using the original strain S.pogona.
