The construction method comprises the following steps of: constructing a nano-brick structure unit; constructing a double-gear rectangular grating, wherein the double-gear rectangular grating comprises a plurality of nano brick structure units, linearly polarized light is vertically incidentinto a nano-brick structure array and passes through an analyzer to obtain a cosine function relationship among the emergent light intensity of the incident ray polarized light passing through the nano-brick structure units and the analyzer, the polarization direction [alpha]1 of the incident ray polarized light, a nano-brick steering angle [theta] and the polarization analysis direction [alpha]2of the analyzer, wherein the inclined angle of the polarization direction of the linearly polarized light and an x axis is [alpha]1, and the inclined angle of the polarization analysis direction of the analyzer and the x axis is [alpha]2; and a rectangular grating capable of achieving two grating periods is obtained by selecting the proper polarization direction [alpha]1 of the incident ray polarized light, the nano-brick steering angle [theta] and the polarization analysis direction [alpha]2 of the analyzer.
