Problems solved by technology

However, the transmission characteristics and structural forms of SIW are very different from those of microstrip lines, so the existing design methods cannot be applied to SIW balanced cross junctions
According to the literature that has been checked, there is no work on designing a balanced cross junction using SIW transmission lines

Abstract

The invention discloses a balanced filtering cross junction with high common mode rejection, which is suitable for relatively high centimeter wave and millimeter wave frequency bands. The main part of the SIW balanced filter cross junction is five SIW resonators located in the middle layer, and four pairs of differential ports, namely: the first, second, third and fourth differential ports. The present invention utilizes a paired microstrip-slot line conversion structure to differentially feed the SIW resonant cavity, and both the slot line and the coupling window are located at the center of the SIW resonant cavity. Under differential mode excitation, differential signals with third-order band-pass frequency response characteristics can be transmitted between the first differential port and the second differential port, the third differential port and the fourth differential port, and have high isolation from each other. At the same time, due to the inherent differential transmission characteristics of SIW itself, the common-mode signal (noise) is totally reflected, achieving good common-mode rejection performance. The SIW differential filter cross junction of the present invention has the characteristics of compact structure, high isolation, high common mode rejection and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of balanced filters, in particular to a balanced filter cross junction with high common-mode rejection. Background technique [0002] In modern wireless communication systems, balanced devices have received more and more attention, because balanced devices can effectively suppress environmental noise and system internal noise. A cross junction is a frequently used component in monolithic microwave integrated circuits that allows two signals to cross each other without interfering with each other. The filter is an essential device for communication system equipment. With the continuous development of wireless communication technology, the integration of the system is getting higher and higher, and miniaturization has become an inevitable trend. Co-designing the filter and the cross junction can effectively reduce the volume of the device, thereby improving the integration of the system. At present, scholar...
