Problems solved by technology

Although the lung elastic coefficient can be well applied to the automatic adjustment of the respiratory device, the measurement of the lung elastic coefficient needs to temporarily block the breathing airflow of the person, which brings some pain, and is not suitable for the real-time adjustment and automatic adjustment of the respiratory device.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for measuring lung elasticity coefficient based on a respiratory device. The lung elasticity coefficient is a quotient of lung internal pressure to lung volume. The measuring method comprises the following steps of obtaining pipeline tail end pressure, in-lung air volume and pipeline air flow in one breathing cycle detected by the respiratory device; according to the pipeline tail end pressure and the in-lung air volume, based on a generalized regression neural network, calculating lung elasticity variable coefficient; establishing a respiratory equation expressing the relation between the pipeline tail end pressure, the in-lung air volume, the pipeline air flow, a lung elasticity constant coefficient and the lung elasticity variable coefficient;substituting the pipeline tail end pressure, the in-lung air volume, the pipeline air flow and the lung elasticity variable coefficient into the respiratory equation, and solving the respiratory equation by a least square method to obtain lung elasticity constant coefficient; and multiplying the lung elasticity constant coefficient with the lung elasticity variable coefficient to obtain the lungelasticity coefficient. The method disclosed by the invention can be suitable for real-time adjusting and automatic adjusting of the respiratory device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of respiratory devices, in particular to a method and system for measuring lung elastic coefficient based on a respiratory device. Background technique [0002] Respiratory devices are usually required when performing operations in special environments (such as rescuing drowning persons in water) or supplying oxygen to clinical patients. Most of the existing breathing devices have the function of automatically adjusting ventilation volume and / or ventilation pressure. [0003] The current way of automatically adjusting the ventilation volume is generally estimated according to minute ventilation volume = tidal volume x ventilation frequency. Among them, the tidal volume of adults is estimated at 6-8ml / kg based on body weight, and the tidal volume of children is estimated at 15-23ml / kg based on body weight. The ventilation frequency of adults is 14-20 times / min, and that of children is 18-40 times / min. . [0004] The...
