The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that (a) in an air conditioner refrigeration mode, an air conditioner main control board records coil pipe temperature T1 of an indoor heat exchanger, coil pipe temperature T2 of an outdoor heat exchanger or pressureexhaust temperature T3 collected by a press exhaust temperature sensor in real time; (b) if T1 recorded by the air conditioner main control board is larger than or equal to H1, T2 recorded by the airconditioner main control board is larger than or equal to H2 or T3 recorded by the air conditioner main control board is larger than or equal to H3, and duration time is t1, the step (c) is executed;(c) the air conditioner main control board controls the current rotating speed of an inner fan to be reduced by one gear for operation; and (d) after the step (c) is executed, when T2 recorded by theair conditioner main control board again is larger than or equal to H1, T2 recorded by the air conditioner main control board again is larger than or equal to H2 or T3 recorded by the air conditionermain control board again is larger than or equal to H3, and duration time is t2, the rotating speed of the inner fan continues to be reduced by one gear for operation till being reduced to the lowestgear.
