The automotive anti-collision radar detection-communication integrated function is realized by adding a label identification function of a roadside traffic sign for a forward anti-collision radar by utilizing a back-scattering communication technology. For the problems of high label identification error rate caused by the condition that the back-scattering signal is weak in energy and can be easily influenced by the target echo, clutter and noise of a vehicle, the invention provides a frequency modulated continuous wave radar back-scattering communication system design method based on spread spectrum encoding, a direct sequence spread spectrum technology is introduced into the back-scattering modulation of the label, and a label back-scattering signal is enhanced by utilizing a spread spectrumgain produced through receiving despreading processing, thereby realizing aims of label target detection and information extraction. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the radar hardware upgrade is unnecessary, the system performance is stable, and the interference resistance is strong.
