Abstract

The invention relates to a tag polypeptide for promoting protein soluble expression and its application. Wherein, the tag polypeptide has an amino acid sequence selected from the following: 1) the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.: 1; 2) the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.: 1 is substituted, deleted or added with one or more amino acids The resulting amino acid sequence; or 3) an amino acid sequence having more than 90% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO.:1. Utilizing the tag polypeptide of the present invention can improve the soluble expression of the target protein, avoid the unfavorable factors of immune interference and protease cleavage cumbersome operation caused by exogenous fusion proteins (such as GST, MBP), and can produce the target protein at low cost, simply and efficiently.
