Abstract

The system comprises an in-station rapid control system and an out-station long-time scale control system of a microgrid control center station. A central controller, a mode switching controller and an in-station interval microgrid intelligent terminal of the in-station rapid control system are all connected with a process layer switch through optical fibers, and a time synchronization server controls the central controller, the mode switching controller and the in-station interval microgrid intelligent terminal to keep rapid synchronization. The out-station long-time scale control system comprises an energy management system and an out-station ocean current energy power generation device. An energy connection management system and the out-station ocean current energy power generation device are connected through an industrial-grade switch, and the central controller, the mode switching controller and the in-station interval microgrid intelligent terminal in the in-station rapid control system are also connected with the industrial-grade out-station switch of the longer-time scale control system.
