Abstract

The inspection motor comprises a bracket; a motor is arranged at the upper end of the bracket; the motor is in power connection with a motor driving shaft extending left and right; and standard gears are fixed to the left end and the right end of the motor driving shaft. According to the invention, through a rotatable semicircular barrel, when necessary, the semicircular barrel is rotated and closed to form a circular barrel of which the outer surface is of a complete insection-shaped structure, and in the rotating process, the inclined plane block structures are pulled by the ropes to relatively move to be in direct frictional butt joint with a connecting rotating wheel onthe motor driving shaft. Therefore, it is guaranteed that the barrel of the complete insection-shaped structure can synchronously rotate along with the motor driving shaft, the work requirement for stable detection of transmission of different kinds of gears driven by a single quality inspection motor is met, meanwhile, consumption of the motor driving shaft due to frequent replacement in a flat key connection mode is avoided, and the service life of the special quality inspection motor is prolonged.
