According to the invention, through a rotatable semicircular barrel, when necessary, the semicircular barrel is rotated and closed to form a circular barrel of which the outer surface is of a complete insection-shaped structure, and in the rotating process, the inclined plane block structures are pulled by the ropes to relatively move to be in direct frictional butt joint with a connecting rotating wheel onthe motor driving shaft.
