The method comprises the following steps of: 1, modeling a channel of the unmanned aerial vehicle system under a Doppler frequency shift effect and the beam squinting effect; 2, obtaining a discrete time-frequency multiple-input-multiple-output time accumulation channel model according to the continuous time-frequency multiple-input-multiple-output instantaneous channel model of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and 3, converting a high-dimensional channel tracking problem into estimation of channel physical parameters by utilizing the channel sparsity characteristic of the broadband unmanned aerial vehicle multiple-input-multiple-output system. The method providedby the invention has simple steps, high-latitude channel tracking is converted into estimation of channel gain and Doppler frequency shift of channel physical parameters and arrival wave angles of base station side signals, then the channel physical parameters are estimated through a lattice-point-free compressed sensing algorithm, complete channel information is constructed, and therefore the channel tracking process is effectively simplified.
