Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle body combination function design method integrating Kano, QFD and FAST. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting user demands, hierarchically analyzing the user demands by utilizing a KJ method, classifying user demand attributes in combination with a Kano model, and determining importance; secondly, decomposing a vehicle body function by adopting a FAST method to obtain a vehicle body function structure; and finally, according to the user demand data, importing the vehicle body function structure into the demand-function quality house model, establishing a matching relationship between the user demand and the vehicle body function, and forming a vehicle body function system diagram. According to the baby carriage function design method, Kano, QFD and FAST methods are integrated, effectiveness and reasonability of the method are verified through design practice of the baby carriage, reasonable functions can be effectively explored from the perspective of user requirements, and the optimal design scheme is obtained in a combination mode.
