The cleaning, bleachingand spin-drying on waste textiles are completed in one step through the integral box, so that the recycling efficiency of the waste textiles is improved; and the occupied space is small. The upper sealing cover arranged in the waste textile bleaching and recycling equipment can be conveniently opened for putting the waste textiles; the textiles are cleaned in a separated way through a plurality of groups of stirring plates; a jamming phenomenon cannot occur; and the textiles can be conveniently cleaned.
