The Farad capacitor bank comprises a first Farad capacitor and a second Farad capacitor connected in series, and capacitor balanced charging modules are connected to the first Farad capacitor and the second Farad capacitor correspondingly. The capacitor balanced charging modules comprise direct current depressurization constant current modules, constant current controllers and constant voltage controllers. The first Farad capacitor and the second Farad capacitor in the Farad capacitor bank are independently charged in a balanced manner, thus, a good charging balance effect is achieved, maximum stored energy is charged into serial capacitor modules within a short time, the balance effect of potential of the two capacitors is achieved, and meanwhile the extreme problem that a single capacitor is damaged probably by capacitor monomer potential voltage variation generated when the serial capacitor modules are charged in series is solved.
