Abstract

The invention discloses a steelmaking tundish turning station spraying dust suppression device, which comprises a spraying main machine, a water pipeline, an air pipeline, spraying gun frames, spraying guns and fences, wherein the multiple spray gun frames are arranged in a tundish turning area of a tundish in a surrounding mode; the multiple spray guns are evenly distributed on the spray gun frames and spray towards the tundish turning area of the tundish; the spray guns are communicated with one another through the water pipeline; the water pipeline and the air pipeline are both communicatedwith the spraying main machine; and the tail of the water pipeline is communicated with the air pipeline, so that air pressure in the air pipeline atomizes water in the water pipeline and then spraysthe atomized water to the tundish turning station; and the multiple fences are connected end to end and surround the water pipeline, the air pipeline and the spray gun frames, and an inlet and an outlet used for allowing the tundish to enter and exit are formed.
