Abstract

The invention provides a biological stabilizer for inhibiting corrosion of a metal working fluid, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The biological stabilizer for inhibiting corrosion of the metal working fluid is prepared from, by weight, 20 to 30 parts of organic carbon, 10 to 30 parts of organic nitrogen, 5 to 10 parts of growth factors, 20 to 30 parts of a balancing agent, 1to 5 parts of primary bacterium powder thalli and a proper amount of water. The biological stabilizer disclosed by the invention can be introduced into a working fluid formula or added to the groove edge of a machine tool on site, has good compatibility with various working fluids, can reduce or eradicate the use of bactericides, does not influence the use performances of the working fluid, is environment-friendly, has no adverse effect on operators, and can obviously prolong the use period of the working fluid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of metal working fluids, and in particular relates to a biological stabilizer for inhibiting metal working fluid corruption, a preparation method and an application. Background technique [0002] Metalworking fluid corruption is mainly caused by the proliferation of harmful microorganisms in the system. The base oil and some additives in the processing fluid are nutrients for the survival of microorganisms. When the bacteria multiplies in large quantities, it will cause the pH value of the processing fluid to drop and produce an unpleasant smell; when the fungi multiply in large numbers, lumps will appear in the processing fluid, which will easily block the machine tool circulation pipeline and filter screen. The decomposition of the active ingredients in the machining fluid by these microorganisms will reduce the lubricity, rust resistance, and stability of the machining fluid, cause wear and corrosion to ...
