Each subsurface buoy comprises an electronic cabin, a transmitting-receiving combined underwater acoustic transducer and a depth meter, the transmitting-receiving combined underwater acoustic transducer and the depth meter are located at the two ends of the electronic cabin respectively, the transmitting-receivingcombined underwater acoustic transducer is configured to transmit and receive 7-11 kHz underwater acoustic signals, and the depth meter is configured to obtain depth information of the subsurface buoy.
