Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, there are mainly two types of baking equipment for potato foods. One is to put charcoal or coal into a large iron bucket and burn to generate high temperature to bake potatoes. In this high-heat environment, not only will there be a high safety hazard for operators, but also harmful substances such as coal smoke, sulfur dioxide, benzene derivatives and other chemical pollution sources will be produced during the baking process, which will affect environmental protection. Moreover, the baked food is unhygienic, and food safety cannot be guaranteed; the other is a relatively automatic electric roasting machine. The potatoes are placed on a rotating baking rack, and the heating device is placed in the middle of the roasting rack, and the potatoes surround the heating device. Continuous automatic rotation, which can ensure that the potatoes are heated evenly during the automatic rotation process, but it also requires the operator to wait at all times to take the baked sweet potatoes and load the sweet potatoes to be baked from time to time. The electric roaster achieves a certain degree of automation, but still requires a lot of manual participation in the whole process from roasting sweet potatoes to taking them into the incubator for storage, which affects work efficiency

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic baking machine. The machine includes a shell, a baking device, a box body supplying device and a transferring-storing device; the shell is provided with a materialinlet, and a heating cavity is formed under the material inlet; the baking device is arranged in the heating cavity and provided with a baking input end and a baking output end, and the baking inputend is connected to the material inlet; the baking device is used for heating food and conveying the heated food to the baking output end; the box body supplying device is arranged on the adjacent side of the shell heating cavity and used for successively separating and supplying multiple open boxes placed in stack so as to make the open boxes arrive at the baking output end and loaded with the heated food; and the transferring-storing device is arranged on the other adjacent side of the shell heating cavity, is provided with a transferring-storing inlet corresponding to the baking output endand is used for storing the open boxes loaded with the heated food and entering from the transferring-storing inlet. The machine is high in degree of automation and has automatic working processes ofbaking, transmission, packing and heat preservation; and therefore, the production processing efficiency of food can be enhanced, and demands for manpower and material resources can be relieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food baking processing, in particular to an automatic baking machine. Background technique [0002] At present, there are two main types of potato food baking equipment. One is to put charcoal or coal in a large iron bucket, and burn it to generate high temperature to bake the potatoes. The disadvantage of this equipment is that it needs to manually control the potatoes. In this high-heat environment, it not only poses a high safety hazard to operators, but also generates harmful substances such as coal flue gas, sulfur dioxide, benzene derivatives and other chemical pollution sources during the baking process, which affects environmental protection. Moreover, the baked food is unsanitary, and food safety cannot be guaranteed; the other is a relatively automated electric roasting machine, where the potatoes are placed on a rotating roasting rack, the heating device is placed in the middle of the roasting ...
