Abstract

The invention provides a child DDH femur proximal osteotomy guide plate and a use method thereof. Two femur plates following the shape of femur are arranged up and down, and a gap is formed between the two femur plates; the two femur plates are connected at the gap by a connecting part; a first osteotomy groove which is vertical to a femoral shaft is formed on the upper femur plate; an inclined second osteotomy groove is formed on the lower femur plate; and a plurality of Kirschner pin positioning holes are respectively formed in the two femur plates. The proximal osteotomy guide plate integrates positioning, guiding and distance measurement into a whole, not only can improve safety and accuracy of an operation, but also can shorten the operation time. In addition, excessive X-ray radiation can be avoided, more accurate osteotomy guiding is provided for clinicians, and the purpose of individualized treatment of children DDH is achieved. Moreover, functions of hip joints of patients areimproved, development of acetabulum again is promoted, the purpose of curing hip joint deformity or postponing occurrence of hip joint osteoarthritis is achieved, and the disability rate of patientsis reduced.
