Abstract

The invention relates to a bipolaris sorokiniana loop mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) detection primer group and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. According to the bipolaris sorokiniana LAMP detection primer group, an LAMP detection technology of bipolaris sorokiniana host is established by taking ITS of the pathogenic bacterium, namely the bipolaris sorokiniana, as a target sequence; and the adopted primers are high in specificity, and high in reaction system sensitivity. Thus, the reaction system is capable of accurately and rapidly detecting the bipolaris sorokiniana from diseased wheat tissue. The detection method of the bipolaris sorokiniana is simple, rapid and sensitive, and requires no expensive equipment; and thus, the detection method is conducive to large-scale promotion and use in grass-root plant protection stations so as to provide technical support for early and precise control of the bipolaris sorokiniana.
