Abstract

The novel process comprises the following steps: adding alkali liquor into bile forsaponification treatment; adding an ester solvent into the saponified liquid for dissolving, and completely extracting effective components into an organic layer; adding an auxiliary material amine into the organic layer, carrying out heating treatment for a certain period of time to salify chenodeoxycholic acid, and then carrying out filter pressing and solid-liquid separation to obtain a primary salified solid; dissolving the primary salified solid by using an ester solvent, adjusting the alkali by using liquid alkali, adjusting the pH value to a certain value, separating out the solid, filtering, and dissolving and reusing the solvent; filtering to obtain a solid, adding liquid caustic soda for alkaline hydrolysis, and acidifying to a certain pH value by using dilute sulfuric acid to obtain a chenodeoxycholic acid wet product; and drying the chenodeoxycholic acid wet product, and packaging to obtain a finished product.
