Abstract
The invention proposes a high-quality rice production method of enriching selenium and zinc, reducing cadmium and increasing yield. The method comprises: selecting high-quality rice varieties with rice quality up to a first grade of national standard; adopting artificial seedling transplanting and weeding method without applying pesticides and herbicides in the planting process, and performing cultivation in wide and narrow rows; a fertilization method being that applying base fertilizer when plowing a field, applying seedling raising fertilizer within half a month after transplanting, and nolonger applying chemical fertilizer in a later period; adopting a selenium-zinc combined application method to spray selenium and zinc fertilizer on leaf surfaces at a heading stage and early fillingstage of rice; harvesting when the rice maturity reaches about 95%; processing the rice after storing the rice for 1-2 months; and vacuum-packing the rice, and conducting storing in a cold storage. According to the present invention, specific concentration, dosage and amount ratio are adopted at key time points to carry out precise fertilization in the selenium-zinc combined application technologyof rice, the technology has good effects of enriching selenium and zinc, increasing yield and reducing cadmium on rice, and the nutrition quality, safety quality and production efficiency of the riceare greatly improved.
