The sweet potato meal replacement powder is prepared through the following steps of putting sweet potatoes in an oven, setting the temperature to 150 DEG C, and setting the time to 20 min; and chopping and mixing raw materials with auxiliary materials with a stirrer, wherein the time is 10 s each time; and then performing screening witha 100-mesh sieve. According to the sweet potato meal replacement powder disclosed by the invention, sweet potato resources are sufficiently developed and utilized.
