Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of high-quality steel and relates to a corrosion and abrasion resistance treatment process applicable to garbage incinerator steel members. The process comprises the following steps that (S1) the steel members are placed in alkaline degreasing liquid for soaking, grease attached to the surfaces of the steel members is removed, and then the steel membersare flushed clean with clear water; (S2) the steel members are placed in a nitric acid solution for soaking, rusty spots on the surfaces of the steel members are removed, and then the steel members are flushed clean with clear water; (S3) the steel members are placed in a passivation solution for passivation treatment, and then flushed clean with clear water and dried; (S4) arc aluminum sprayingtreatment is performed on the surfaces of the steel members, an arc pistol is used to heat and fuse an aluminum wire which is then blown into mist through compressed gas, and the mist is sprayed to the surfaces of the steel members; (S5) hydrogen flame passivation treatment is performed on the surfaces of the steel members, a hydrogen flame gun is used to spray underburnt hydrogen flames to treatthe surfaces of the steel members for 8-12 s; and (S6) the surfaces of the steel members are coated with anti-corrosion coating. The steel members obtained after being treated through the process provided by the invention are applicable to a garbage incinerator, and can be used for a long term in a hostile atmosphere environment stably.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of high-quality steel products, and more specifically relates to an anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment process suitable for steel components of garbage incinerators. Background technique [0002] With the rapid advancement of the urbanization process, it is particularly important to concentrate and harmless the recycling of garbage. Waste incineration is a relatively simple and widely used waste disposal method. The garbage incinerator is the core equipment for incineration and treatment of garbage. The garbage burns in the furnace and becomes waste gas, which enters the secondary combustion chamber, burns completely under the forced combustion of the burner, and then enters the spray dust collector. After dust removal, it is discharged into the waste gas through the chimney atmosphere. Modern waste incinerators are mainly composed of waste pretreatment system, incineration system, smoke biochemic...
