Problems solved by technology

This technical scheme absorbs catalytic ions into the pores of activated carbon through the adsorption of activated carbon. The activated carbon obtained by this technical scheme is not in situ generated, and the performance is not ideal.
[0010] In summary, most of the currently prepared biochars are produced by pyrolysis, and most of the prepared biochars are in the form of powder or small particles. They are used in the adsorption of heavy metal pollutants and organic pollutants in water bodies, and recovery is difficult. In addition, the adsorption performance and catalytic performance need to be further improved

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of heavy metal and organic pollutant wastewater treatment, and provides a preparation method of multifunctional biochar with heavy metal adsorption and organic matter degradation functions and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pyrolyzing a raw material solution of biomass powder, a catalytic metal source, HPMCand acid in an oxygen-containing atmosphere at the temperature of 100-280 DEG C to obtain the multifunctional charcoal. According to the method according to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: carbonizing a raw material aqueous solution containing biomass powder, HPMC, a catalytic metal source and an acid in an oxygen-containing atmosphere (hydrothermal carbonization under non-closed and oxygen-free conditions) in advance; according to the preparation method, the carbonized product which has a three-dimensional structure and relatively large granularity and is modified with rich active groups beneficial to heavy metal adsorption on the surface can be prepared, and catalytic metal ions can be bonded in situ through the active groups and HPMC and are loaded in a formedactivated carbon network. According to the technical scheme, the biochar with multiple functions of heavy metal adsorption and organic pollutant catalysis can be prepared.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of heavy metal and organic pollutant wastewater treatment, and specifically discloses a preparation method of multifunctional biochar capable of heavy metal adsorption and organic matter degradation. [0002] technical background: [0003] Biochar is a carbon material rich in organic carbon and minerals with complex structure prepared by pyrolysis of agricultural waste biomass. Biochar can be used as soil improver, remediation of polluted environment, reducing agent, fertilizer slow-release carrier and carbon dioxide sequestration agent, etc. In addition, to a certain extent, biochar can provide solutions to hot issues of global concern such as climate change, environmental pollution, and soil function degradation. [0004] On the one hand, biochar physically adsorbs heavy metals by virtue of its dense porous structure and large specific surface area; on the other hand, biochar chemically adsorbs heavy meta...
