The preparation method comprises the steps: (a) adding sodium alginate to deionized water or a theophylline aqueous solution, and mechanically stirring at room temperature, to form a sodium alginate solution; (b) adding the attapulgite monomer to deionized water or a theophylline aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and then removing a solid precipitate in a dispersion body by centrifugation, to obtain an attapulgite monomer suspension solution; (c) mixing the sodium alginate solution and the attapulgite monomer suspension solution according to the ratio of 1:9-10:1 and stirring evenly, to prepare an attapulgite-sodium alginate mixed solution; and (d) dropwise adding the attapulgite-sodium alginate mixed solutioninto a divalent metal ion crosslinking agent, to obtain ionic crosslinked gel particles, rinsing the ionic crosslinking gel particles by distilled water, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain an attapulgite-sodium alginate modified polymer, namely the hydrogel microspheres.

By chemically modifying the surface of polyurethane, the obtained plasma modified iron and manganese ion-sodium alginate-chitosan layer-by-layer self-assembly material is good in biocompatibility, high in chemical stability, safe, non-toxic, simple to operate, low in cost and easy to obtain. By using the method, the microorganism immobilization efficiency can be effectively improved.

The method of the invention can effectively improve the tanning property of the aluminium tanning agent, maintain original advantages of the aluminum tanning agent and greatly mitigate the phenomenon of detanning. The method of the present invention employs nitrate as an oxidant to oxidize hydroxyl groups to generate oxidized starch with high degree of carboxylic substitution, and utilizes a principle of acid degradation to reduce the relative molecular mass of the oxidized starch, so as to obtain aluminum-containing macromolecular tanning agent with good permeability, high absorption rate and excellent tanning property.
