The invention relates to an electrosurgical instrument for coagulating and/or cutting biological tissue, which can be manufactured easily and economically, wherein a surgical intervention is to be carried out easily and reliably with the instrument.     • gripping devices at a proximal region of the branches or of the instrument for bringing the branches together,
    • electrode parts at a distal region of the branches or of the instrument for grasping tissue and for conducting an HF current through the tissue,

    • a switching device for activating the HF current with the branches brought together,

The invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment and environmental catalysis and specifically relates to the preparation method for the nanometer magnesium oxide ozone catalyst and the advanced treatment method for catalytically oxidizing wastewater of coal chemical industry by using the catalyst. The invention aims to solve the problems of the traditional preparation method for magnesium oxide that the active components are easy to lose, the oxidizing rate and the mineralization rate are both low when the ozone is singly used for removing the pollutants, the homogeneous catalyst cannot be reused, the secondary pollution is introduced and the catalytic effect of the metallic oxide catalyst is unstable. The invention provides a method for preparing a film agent by using chitosan and Arabic gum as matrix, and relates to a preparation method of the film agent. The film agent prepared by the invention has the advantages of low drug residual amount and slight irritation; the biological use rate is improved; the simple preparation process and the temperate conditions can be realized; and the desired raw auxiliary materials are cheap and easy to get.
