Abstract

The invention discloses a steering wheel adjusting angle detection device and method. The device comprises a base, a fixing rod and a laser pen, the base is fixed to a steering wheel, and the fixing rod is arranged on the base, so that when the base is fixed to the steering wheel, the fixing rod is perpendicular to the surface of the steering wheel. The laser pen is arranged on the fixing rod andis used for marking the extending direction of the fixing rod on a projection screen, and the projection screen is perpendicular to the surface of the steering wheel. The first direction line when thesteering wheel is located at the lowest position is marked through projection of the steering wheel adjusting laser pen on the projection screen, and the steering wheel adjusting angle can be obtained by measuring the included angle between the first direction line and the horizontal line and the included angle between the second direction line and the horizontal line.
