The system is characterized in that a signal system control processing unit controls a phase digital frequency synthesis source to generate and output signals of two frequencies at the same time, wherein one signal is used as a ranging signal, the ranging signal passes through a first low-pass filter and then is sentto a laser modulation circuit to modulate emitted laser, and the generated laser is reflected back by a measured target, captured and amplified by a laser receiving circuit and then enters a second mixer; and the other signal is used as a reference signal, the signal conditioning circuit completes data acquisition of a ranging signal, and the ranging signal is sent to a signal system control processing unit through an A / D conversion circuit for calculation to realize high-precision ranging.
