Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0019] Experiment 1: Inhibitors of ferroptosis attenuated lung injury in mice caused by seawater drowning

[0020] 1. Materials and Methods

[0021] 1.1 Experimental animals

[0022] Eight-week-old male C57 wild-type mice were purchased from the Model Animal Research Institute of Nanjing University, raised in SPF environment, and randomly divided into groups according to body weight, with 6 mice in each group.

[0023] 1.2 Drugs and treatment

[0024] Compound monomer Fer-1 was purchased from Med Chem Express Company and dissolved in physiological saline containing 2% dimethyl sulfoxide DMSO. Fer-1 was given by intraperitoneal injection at 3 hours, 24 hours and 72 hours after the mice were drowned at a dose of 5 mg / kg body weight.

[0025] 1.3 Construction of mouse model of drowning lung injury

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biological medicines, and particularly relates to application of iron death inhibition in preparation of a medicine for preventing lung injury caused by drowning. The iron death inhibitor is Ferrostatin-1. Mouse and cell experiments verify that the ferro-death inhibitor Ferrostatin-1 inhibits ferro-death, obviously improves mouse lung injury and cell injury caused by drowning, and a remarkable protective effect on lung injury caused by drowning is achieved. The invention provides a new embedding point for preventing and treating lung injury caused by drowning.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine, and in particular relates to the application of ferroptosis inhibition in the preparation of medicines for protecting lung injury caused by drowning. [0002] technical background [0003] Drowning is one of the leading causes of accidental death worldwide and is an important public health problem. Lung injury is the most common complication of drowning. About one-third of drowning victims suffer from acute lung injury, and severe cases will develop into acute respiratory distress syndrome. Oxidative stress plays an important role in drowning-induced lung injury in mice. In the process of lung injury caused by seawater drowning, excessive free radicals will be produced in the lung tissue and the ability to scavenge free radicals will be reduced, which will cause the disorder of oxidation and antioxidant system and lead to oxidative stress damage. And studies have shown that scavenging ROS can reduce l...
