Abstract

According to the method, a corresponding decision substitution variable isintroduced for each preset installation node of the mixed integer programming model, the mixed integer programming model is convex, then the decision substitution variable is relaxed to a continuousvalue interval, and finally a continuous optimization model is obtained,the continuous optimization model is solved, and a configuration planning result of the STATCOM is output when all decision substitution variables meet a binary condition. The invention further discloses a corresponding planning device and equipment. By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the planning of the installation node and the installation capacity of the STATCOM can be considered in a unified manner, the overall optimal configuration planning result of the installation node and the installation capacity of the STATCOM is obtained, the economic cost for configuring the STATCOM is effectively saved, and the configuration planning efficiency is improved.
