Problems solved by technology

Traditional plantar pressure sensors are mainly piezoelectric or piezoresistive sensors, mainly metal devices, which are susceptible to radio frequency interference and electromagnetic interference, and are hard in texture, making them uncomfortable when in contact with the human body
In addition, the traditional plantar pressure sensor system only analyzes and processes the time domain, while ignoring the information in the frequency domain
Furthermore, the general plantar pressure sensor system does not take into account the convenience for the user to view information

Abstract

The invention discloses a Parkinson patient gait analysis system and method based on optical fiber microbend pressure sensing. The system comprises: an insole, wherein a deformer is arranged below theheel of the insole; an optical fiber micro-bending pressure sensor used for collecting plantar pressure data; an Arduino yun board used for carrying out processing and wireless remote transmission onthe plantar pressure data; and a server used for receiving the data processed by the Arduino yun board, and further transmitting the data to a mobile phone APP software interface for display after gait-related processing and analysis. The mobile phone APP software is used for displaying gait analysis information. In addition, a gait processing method combining a time domain and a frequency domainis provided, and the APP design used for the doctor user group and used for displaying patient gait analysis information is completed. The system has the advantages of being free of radio frequency interference and electromagnetic interference in output, high in sensitivity, detachable, convenient to maintain, comfortable to use, capable of achieving wireless transmission, convenient to check gait information and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of rehabilitation detection, in particular to a Parkinson's patient gait analysis system and method based on optical fiber microbending pressure sensing. Background technique [0002] Gait is the most intuitive factor to reflect the motor ability of the lower limbs. Objective and accurate gait analysis can provide quantitative evaluation for many diseases that cause abnormal gait. Among them, the stiffness and tremor of the limbs of Parkinson's patients will lead to typical Parkinson's gait, such as panic gait, frozen gait, stagnant gait, etc., which bring great inconvenience to patients' daily life. Therefore, the study of gait characteristics is of great help to the understanding of Parkinson's pathology and the diagnosis of Parkinson's patients. [0003] The plantar pressure sensor realizes basic gait data processing and analysis by collecting the data of the patient's plantar pressure while walking. Traditional ...
