According to the low-pressure vacuumcarburizing method for the 10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V material, the carburized layer depth ranges from 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm; the carburized part is in the carburizing atmosphere in the completely-saturated state allthe time; and thus, the depth consistency, achieved for carburized layer depths in different batches, of the same type of parts, is guaranteed.
