Abstract

A feeding system cutting energy consumption model and a steady-state error function model are established; multi-objective optimization design of a numerical control machine tool feeding system is facilitated by taking structural parameters and control parameters of a machinetool moving part as optimization variables, taking the structural parameter boundary, sliding mode control boundary, maximum deformation and maximum stress as constraints and taking minimum energy consumption and minimum steady-state error as objectives; a multi-objective optimization model of the feeding system is solved by using an optimization algorithm; and based on a specific example, a Matlab / Simulink simulation platform is used for carrying out simulation analysis on an optimization result, and the simulation result shows that the design optimization method provided by the invention caneffectively reduce the energy consumption and steady-state errors of the numerical control machine tool feeding system, and verifies the reliability of the optimization result.
