The stem cell culture perfusion device comprises a base, a spraying mechanism and a sampling mechanism, wherein a perfusion box is arranged on the top of the base; a nutrient solution box is fixedly connected to the top of the perfusion box; a motor is fixedly connected to the top of the nutrientsolution box through a supporting plate; a rotating rod is mounted on the top of the perfusion box through a bearing; a connecting pump communicates with the right side of the nutrient solution box;a conveying pipe communicates with an output end of the connecting pump; the other end of the conveying pipe extends into the perfusion box; a rotating plate is fixedly connected to the lower portionof the conveying pipe; and a gear is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotating rod and is engaged with the rotating plate.
