The method comprises the following steps of cloth classification: classifying according to components ofthe waste cloth; cleaning and drying; cleaning and drying the cloth of the same class; decolorizing treatment: adding a decolorant into the cleaned and dried cloth for decolorizing; sterilizing: sterilizing the decolorized cloth through sterilizing equipment; shearing: shearing the sterilized cloth through shearing equipment; melting: putting the treated cloth into a heating reactor; extruding granulation: granulating the melt raw materials through an extruder; and packaging.
