The oil cylinder assembly comprises a first three-position four-way reversing valve, a first hydraulic control one-way valve, a second hydraulic control one-way valve and an oil cylinder. The control assembly comprises a first reversing valve, a second reversing valve, an energy accumulator and an overflow valve. A first oil port of the first reversing valve communicates with an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump; a second oil port of the first reversing valve communicates with the energy accumulator; an oil inlet of the overflow valve respectively communicate with an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump and a first control oil port of the overflow valve, an oil outlet of the overflow valve communicates with an oil return port of the oil tank, a second control oilport of the overflow valve communicates with a first oil port of the second reversing valve, and a second oil port of the second reversing valve communicates with the energy accumulator. The hydraulic system provided by the invention can still keep normal work of the oil cylinder under emergency conditions.
