The method comprises steps: firstly, an enhancement method of a multi-scale filter is provided, and hidden information is enable to tend to be embedded into texture regions and edge regions by enhancing the texture regions and the edge regions; secondly, distortion cost is obtained through a mainstream spatial domain steganography algorithm, mean filtering is carried out on the distortion cost based on a diffusion principle, and an adjusting method enabling an embedded area to be moregathered is provided. Through the combination of an image enhancement algorithm and a diffusion principle, the improvement of an existing mainstream spatial domain steganography algorithm is realized, and the most advanced detection of high-dimensional steganography analysis features at present can be resisted. From the perspective of image enhancement, it is ensured that edge areas and texture areas of different scales are enhanced based on a multi-scale filter, so that an embedded area of the secret information is closer to the security areas. The method has high universality and is beneficial to improving the safety of the spatial domain steganography algorithm.
