The mass unit (3) is movably connected with the lever cantilever (12) through a bearing (4), the mass unit (3) and the lever cantilever (12) form a tuned mass damper powerand power arm, and the spring assembly (2), the damper body (5) and the part between the lever cantilever (12) and the lever support (11) form a resistance and resistance arm.
