[0027] For the first time, it was proved that the abnormal expression of the same miRNA exists in both colorectal cancer tissue and rectal mucosal epithelial cells. The literature library screened the abnormally expressed miRNAs in colorectal cancer, and retrieved 9 colon cancer miRNA expression profiling studies through the PubMed database. Subsequently, the "Venn diagram" software was used to perform cross-analysis on the miRNA expression profile data, and finally four miRNAs abnormally expressed in colorectal cancer tissues were screened out from 9 independent miRNA expression profile results as colorectal cancer screening markers, and were used as markers for colorectal cancer screening.
