Abstract

The chemotherapeutic drug is cisplatin. The invention discloses application of arginine in preparation of an anticarcinogen as a synergist of a chemotherapeutic drug. An in-vitro cell experiment result shows that when the arginine and the cisplatin are used jointly, an inhibiting action on a human colonic adenocarcinoma cell HT29 can be improved remarkably, and a synergistic action can be achieved. Under the condition of the same inhibiting effect, the dosage of the cisplatin is lowered, and thus, potential adverse reactions of the cisplatin can be reduced effectively.
